Members photos and stories

August Photos from Ramani - Echinacea,  Lavender - I cut the flowers and again in the fall I will have more flowers and corn flowers and Pink Roses - 2nd time flowering. I am enjoying the rain and the sun and my garden is doing very well.  So blessed with the weather.
Ramani is so kind to share her garden stories with us.  Here is the description of the above images.
1. Two Different Varieties of kale - the pot behind -green kale is from a package of seeds.
2. Very hot green peppers/chillies.  I did not realize till I took a bite - They are from seeds from store-bought chillies in February.  Planted in a takeout container.
3. Tomatoes - I saved the seed on a paper towel in March and also started in a take out container.  I did not realize as I have only a few plants that I will have quite a few tomatoes!

I am very happy with my plants.  It is a joy and relaxing to watch them grow.
